Store Settings

It is crucial to set your store settings in the right way. After all, all your listings will be affected by it. Take some time and crawl through all settings, do it right the first time.

Store Visibility Setup

  • Services per page, set to 12; increasing this option will slow down your store page, so it’s better not to go above 12.
  • Hide Email from Store, visible email will cause many junk and phishing emails being sent to you. Do you really want that?
  • Hide Phone, the same story here; cold callers will pick your number up and flood you with unsolicited phone calls.
  • Hide Address and Map, hide unless you’ve business premises where the customer can visit you, e.g., hairdresser salon. If you provide services only at the customer location, then why show it? This option works only on your store page; the address and map on the listing will be visible. 
  • Hide About. Our suggestion is, don’t hide, engage your customers with some info about your business, e.g., Family run a business with over 10 years experience in gardening.

This is the center of your community; it’s used on your store info. Store Location Map set central location for all your service listings.

this address will affect your listings; only customers around this location will see and book your services.

To receive payments to your account, you must connect your store to our Stripe connector. After all, you want to be paid for your services, right?

Be seen in the right way, set title, description, and other details that show your customers the best of you.

If your business operates during certain hours, set it here.

  • Enable Store Hours allows you to set OPEN/CLOSE time for each day of the week.
  • Disable Booking Button When Closed. Best to leave it empty. When enabled, your listings can be searched but not booked on your Off time. Unless you have exceptional reasons to disable booking, don’t use this feature. It will affect your conversion score.
  • Set week Off, are you open for business 7 days a week? Set days off.

Allows you to set booking rules while on holiday

  • Enable Vacation Mode; all settings below apply when enabled.
  • Disable Purchase During Vacation. Best to leave it empty. When enabled, your listings can be searched but not booked. Unless you have exceptional reasons to disable booking, booking don’t use this feature. It will affect your conversion score. Instead, use staff availability rules to disable booking during the holiday.
  • Vacation Type; instantly closes all the listings or specify the start and end holiday dates.
  • Vacation Message. In a few words, explain to your customers when they can expect you back.
